Collectively, both public and private sector resource community participants promote awareness of BUZGate to further support small business development and growth, which in turn supports a vital national economy where all citizens benefit. Deborah A. Osgood, Vice President/CKO

Deborah is the creator and architect behind BUZGate™ and several other Internet-based resource communities sponsored by the Knowledge Institute. Her passion for helping individuals to turn entrepreneurial visions into efficient and profitable operational realities drives much of her Institute work and volunteer activities. She enjoys serving the business community as an architect of resource networks, marketing strategist, author, volunteer business counselor, youth mentor, board member and entrepreneur. Andrew M. Fling, Assistant Webmaster

Andy is the primary gatekeeper of BUZGate and other Institute resource communities. Multi-talented and trained in the arts, theatre, graphic design, copy writing and programming disciplines, Andy helps to contribute features and ideas that help to make the BUZGate user experience a productive one. He also volunteers his time as a theatre director, web site development instructor, youth mentor and graphic designer.
