LEDC is a member-based, non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in the Laramie area through economic improvements including: recruiting new businesses to Laramie, assisting existing businesses to expand and upgrade, working with entrepreneurial activities to help create new business and job growth, and infrastructure improvement such as developing the Laramie River Business Parks and the Community Revolving Loan Fund.
