The Reach Up Program is the state's welfare to work programs which helps welfare recipients access education, vocational training, and job placement. In addition to being a good source of potential employees for regular, employer paid jobs, Reach Up also provides temporary subsidized work placements to public and non-profit organizations through its Community Service Employment Program.
