Assists Vermont companies in identifing contracting opportunities to sell their products/services to federal, state and local government agencies. GMAC will help companies to profile their offerings whereby applicable contracting opportunities can then be conveyed electronically, as well as assist with providing and interpreting bid specifications, preparing cost and technical proposals, assisting in pre-award and post-award requirements, identifying sources of financing, and identifying subcontracting opportunities.
