The Governor's Office of Economic Development (GOED) provides business resources to support the creation, growth and recruitment of companies to Utah and to increase tourism and film production in the state. Programs are based around industries or "economic clusters" that demonstrate the best potential for development. Constituent services include access business resource centers, assistance with how to start, grow or relocate a business; workforce development networks; import/export guidance, government contracting, and referrals to other state-based business assistance programs.
