SeedCo offers economic development loan programs to minority, women-owned, veterans and other small business owners. As the largest nonprofit Certified Development Company (CDC) in Pennsylvania, SeedCo partners with 14 economic development organizations to provide financing opportunities statewide for business ventures that may otherwise not qualify for conventional financing through the U.S. SBA 504 loan program.
