The Centre County Industrial Development Corporation (CCIDC) Business Incubator Program, located at Innovation Park on the main campus of Penn State University, provides entrepreneurs with access to flexible office and lab space at reduced rates, a network of advisors, sources of capital, a KIZ tax credit program, business planning assistance, business support services and other resources to foster venture sustainability and growth.

For example, incubator tenants have access to high speed internet services, flexible office space and/or laboratory and research space, presentation center, conference room, copier/fax machine, mailing/shipping services, and lunch/cafeteria room. Through the CCIDC’S parent company, the Chamber of Business and Industry of Centre County (CBICC), tenants also have access to vital business support services, including accounting firms, banking/finance institutions, insurance/legal firms, IT/telecom service providers, business development consultants, equity, debt and grant funding sources.
