NEDCO is a private, non-profit Community Development Corporation (CDC) that assists neighborhoods and families with homeownership, neighborhood revitalization, and business development. Resources include a Homeownership Center that provides a one-stop-shop for homebuyers and homeowners including workshops, 1-on-1 counseling and Individual Development Accounts (IDA) as a matching savings program and financial management strategy. NEDCO also offers a Business Incubator for low-to-moderate income entrepreneurs looking to move from a home office to subsidized office or retails space, and supports new home and commercial building construction.
