Mercy Corps Northwest helps low-income individuals in Oregon and Washington to improve their lives through self-employment and starting and expanding small businesses. This includes women, minorities, immigrants and refugees. Services include business mentoring, training, loan programs, Individual Development Accounts (IDA) and access to a forms libary.
