TULSA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (TEDC)
Since 1979, TEDC has financed small businesses and is an active SBA 504 lender, SBA Micro-Loan intermediary, SBA 7(a)/USDA B&I loan packager, and manager of the Tulsa area's only small business loan fund. TEDC uses public and private funds to make direct business loans and to participate in loan projects with financial institutions as subordinate lender where sufficient collateral may be lacking. Loan proceeds may be used for most business purposes and special consideration is given to companies that create and retain jobs as well as to entrepreneurs who have traditionally faced barriers to economic opportunity. Loan projects range from $5,000 to $10 million. Rates and maturities vary based on project risk.
