LDCAA focuses on economic development in Southeast Oklahoma to support business startup and growth, job creation, Services include a Business Information Center open to the public at no charge and offering computer access, business training, business financing advice and tax consulting; Business Lending Programs aimed at working capital, inventory and equipment purchases, such as SBA Microloans and Intermediary Relending Programs; and Rural Housing and Economic Development Programs that offer training and technical assistance in areas such as entrepreneurship, tourism, housing needs, financial counseling, and community projects.
