Ohio Manufacturing and Defense Transition (OMDT) MSBDCs serve as the initial point of contact for information, resources, referrals and counseling for small manufacturing businesses and defense-dependent industries. OMDTs represent a working partnership between the U.S. Small Business Administration, the Ohio SBDC program, the Ohio Department of Development's Technology Division, and NIST Manufacturing Extension Centers.
