Serving Belmont, Guernsey, and Muskingum counties, the SBDC network offers free, confidential, in-depth business counseling by highly trained professionals who are experts at assisting new business ventures and helping existing businesses succeed and grow. The SBDCs also serve as a valuable clearinghouse of federal, state and local regulatory and program information. Their services are focused on businesses that will employ or currently employ one to five hundred employees.
