Assists businesses seeking incentives to stay or relocate to Lucas County by providing job development and business financing opportunities including processing Lucas County?s Economic Development Revenue Bonds and its Revolving Loan Fund. LCIC, with staff assistance from the Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority, is a designated U.S. Small Business Adminstration (SBA) Certified Development Corporation (CDC) providing SBA 504 loan programs in Lucas and adjoining Ohio counties.
