CountyCorp Development is a private not-for-profit, Certified Development Company committed to supporting economic development and business expansion in Champaign, Clark, Darke, Greene, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby, and Warren counties by issuing business loans through U.S. Small Business Association (SBA) 504, Ohio Regional 166, and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding programs, as well as Child Care loans. Funding is used for facilities expansion and equipment needs and range from $5,000 to $4,000,000 with low, fixed interest rates.
