BDS is a nonprofit organization providing entrepreneurial training, technical assistance, follow-up and support services for individuals who are in the start-up and development phase of business ownership. Services include feasibility assessment, financial forecasting, business planning, marketing, SBA loan application assistance, business development, web site development, certified business coaching, mentoring, training, accounting and research. BDS also provides a 30-hour Entrepreneurial Development & Business Planning Certification Course monthly as well as a skill-building network where new entrepreneurs gain first-hand knowledge from area business owners on how to handle business-related questions and problems.
