THYPIN OLTCHICK INSTITUTE (TOI)
TOI is a program of F·E·G·S Health and Human Services System, which serves to assist women in starting and growing a business in the Greater New York Area. Programs include hosting seminars and panels of experts who discuss essential aspects of starting, maintaining, and growing a small business. Participants include representatives from government, volunteer, and business support organizations and there are opportunities to obtain informative materials, as well as schedule future consultations at no cost. TOI's resources are available to anyone who wants to own her own business but is not sure how to go about doing it.
