A nonprofit certified Community Development Financial Institution providing market or below-market rate business loans and technical assistance to small businesses located in or moving into the South Jersey region, primarily Camden, Gloucester and Atlantic Counties. The CBAC also encourages private investment in the city of Camden by leveraging public funds with private funds it obtains through loan participations with partner banks in the area.
