  • SBA 504 Program
    Financing for expanding companies acquiring facilities resulting in job creation and/or job preservation.
  • SBA 7(a)
    Private sector lending guaranteed by the SBA for small businesses unable to secure reasonable financing through normal lending channels.
  • SBA Micro-Loan Program
    Nonprofit community-based lending backed by the SBA for start-up, newly established, or growing small business concerns. Loans have a maximum limit of $50,000.
  • SBA CAPLines
    Private sector lending guaranteed by the SBA for up to $5 million to help small businesses meet their short-term and cyclical working capital needs. The programs can be used to finance seasonal working capital needs; finance the direct costs of performing certain construction, service and supply contracts, subcontracts, or purchase orders; finance the direct cost associated with commercial and residential construction; or provide general working capital lines of credit that have specific requirements for repayment. There are four distinct loan programs under the CAPlines umbrella: the Contract Loan Program; the Seasonal Line of Credit; the Builders Line Program; and the Working Capital Line of Credit.
  • SBA Export Working Capital (EWCP) Program
    An SBA guaranty loan designed to provide short-term working capital to export-ready small businesses (up to $5 million, 90% SBA-guaranteed).
