Under City of Manchester Revolving Loan Fund, offers business loans of up to $50,000 for working capital, or $100,000 for fixed assets for companies unable to access traditional financing venues and who are creating jobs for low and moderate income individuals (owner equity and personal guarantees required).
Also offers assistance with business site selection and local regulatory processes. Provides referrals for business counseling, education and training, technical assistance and financing.
