CRDC promotes economic development encouraging new business start-ups, relocations to the area, and business expansions in support new jobs and tax based growth. Activities include land development, such as rehab of vacant and/or underutilized properties; project funding such as multiple revolving loan funds and U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 debenture guarantee program; and community economic development assistance services under the Community Economic Development Assistance Program (CEDAP). Areas served include Merrimack, Belknap, Grafton and Sullivan counties.
