Provides employers with labor, free space, electricity, worker's compensation, supervision and record keeping for performing light assembly, inspection, packaging, soldering and other labor intensive manufacturing related production tasks in their Dover facility. Employer provides equipment, materials and competitive wages. With just under 20 years of success, the Jail Industry Program has supported $1.2 million in gross sales and placed over 62% of inmates in jobs after release.
