IINE assists immigrants, refugees, and other vulnerable populations living in Boston, Lowell, and Manchester, New Hampshire regions with resettlement, workforce development and financial services. For entrepreneurial interests, IINE services loans to marginalized small businesses and administers individual development accounts (IDAs) to refugees to match and incentivize their savings. Thier Bridges to Business program provides small business counseling, bureaucratic barrier removal, and small business loans up to $15,000. The Savings for Success program incentivizes client savings by offering a $2-to-$1 match on all money saved. Workshops on money management in the U.S. are also offered.
