The SBTDC's primary focus is providing management counseling to established firms, high-growth companies, and later-stage start-up businesses. SBTDC counselors work with clients to develop a thorough understanding of their needs, then provide high-quality management counseling across a broad range of business-related issues, including: planning, financing, marketing, human resources, and operations.
