Provides small loans ranging from under $100 to a maximum of $25,000 to prospective, small business borrowers and backed by the US SBA. Also serves as a Community Dvelopment Financial Institution (CDFI) making loans up to $100,000. Serves Aitkin, Carlton, Cook, Crow Wing, Itasca, Koochiching, Lake, Cass, Pine and St.Louis counties in Minnesota and Douglas County in Wisconsin.
