A non-profit corporation partnering with the US SBA and private sector lenders to provide growing businesses with long-term, fixed-rate financing for major fixed assets, such as land and buildings. Through the parternships that we have established with the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce, the Kalamazoo Chamber of Commerce, Cornerstone Allinace in Benton Harbor, and the Muskegon Area Chamber of Commerce, we are able to put money back into the communities that we serve.
