Administers various loan programs throughout Cumberland Country. Programs include the Development Fund, which can provide up to $200,000 to communities to loan to businesses for the purpose of acquisition, relocation, demolition, clearance, construction, and reconstruction. Also offers The Revolving Loan Fund Program, which is part of a statewide strategy to provide a financing mechanism for small businesses that are having a difficult time accessing traditional types of bank financing.
