CITY OF ROCKLAND
Operates a micro-business loan program for the City of Rockland, and the Towns of Thomaston, Union, Rockport and Warren. The funds were provided from two CDBG grants. Direct loan for up to $15,000 for up to 4% interest and up to $25,000 for up to 4% interest provided there is a dollar for dollar match for a total loan/match of $35,000. Funds can be used for real property acquisition, capital equipment, rehabilitations/renovations, and working capital/inventories.
