Loans and grant range from $25,000 to $400,000 and can be used to finance fixed assets including capital equipment, commercial or industrial buildings, site location assistance - up-to-date listing of available commercial and industrial buildings and land, financial assistance - counseling on local, state, and regional financing programs, and assistance accessing applicable state and federal lending and incentive programs, training assistance - facilitating contacts with state training programs and local training providers, Government and Business Liaison - advice and assistance negotiating with federal, state, and local officials, as well as business relationships with bankers, accountants, and attorneys.
