Provides small business micro-loans up to a maximum of $35,000 on a total project loan amount of $105,000. SCKEDD is also a Certified Development Company and has a Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) with loans up to $300,000 in 14 counties, and an Intermediary Relending Program (IRP) that can make loans up to $250,000 in communities with populations below 25,000. SCKEDD also assists with the Business and Industry Loan program in communities below 50,000 population.
