The Kansas Small Business Development Center, administered by Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas, works with small businesses, start-ups and entrepreneurs to help them compete and grow in today's highly competitive global economy. The SBDC provides free counseling services on issues such as business planning, registering a business, financing, regulations, licensing, training, workforce, manufacturing, environmental, and various other business management disciplines.
