A nonprofit tax-exempt organization that provides employment counseling and workforce training services in the City of Topeka and surrounding areas. Also provides effective advocacy and integrated services to youth offenders, low-income parents and aspiring entrepreneurs seeking to start or expand a business. Works towards the development and provision of community and economic development services that serve as alternatives to traditional institutionalization and works to further individuals' full participation as productive citizens to society.
