A service of Kansas Center for Entrepreneurship, NetWork Kansas is an online resource portal that connects entrepreneurs and small business owners to resources, expertise, education and other economic development resources. Resource offerings include StartUp Kansas, which is a statewide fund designed to work with local NetWork Kansas partner organizations that provide and assist entrepreneurs in the acquisition of capital; regional foundations that assist rural areas in job creation and retention, business support services, regional leadership development, and technology improvements; and Angel Networks, which are alliances of accredited private investors established to promote early-stage equity investing and to provide entrepreneurs and investors an effective, centralized forum to collaborate. An online Resource Navigator assists in matching users to needed resources, and Resource Directory, Resource Library, and Resource Portals exist to support further support entrepreneurship and small business as a priority for economic and community development.
