CDC is a non-profit corporation partnering with the US SBA and private sector lenders to promote the growth and development of small commercial and industrial businesses in the Fort Wayne area and a nine-county area in northeast Indiana through creative business loan programs that provide growing businesses with long-term, fixed-rate financing for major fixed assets, such as land and buildings.
