Empower to Succeed works with young adults (assessing their skills, interests and lifestyles) to develop a career path that will be satisfying to them and beneficial to society as a whole. The primary focus is on the development and employability of disadvantaged, underserved and low income individuals in Enterprise and Empowerment Zones.
