COASTAL AREA DISTRICT DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (CADDA)
CADDA is a nonprofit, Certified Development Company (CDC) that specializes in small business funding by offering the SBA 504 loan, SBA 7a loan, a CADDA Revolving Loan Fund (RLF), and an Intermediary Re-lending Program (IRP) in partnership with banking institutions. Loan programs provide an excellent tool for financing fixed assets such as land, building, and equipment on long term, below-market, fixed rates. Loan objectives include promoting business development in rural areas, creating new jobs, and fostering overall economic growth and prosperity.
