CEII operates five different small and micro business loan pools. Loans are available throughout NW Florida and Southern Alabama in amounts ranging from $2,500 to $105,000. CEII developed and manages 150+ units of affordable rental housing and is also a HUD-certified credit counseling agency which assists low-income first time homebuyer families to purchase new homes (many developed by CEII).
