A public-private partnership that was established to oversee the creation and implementation of a strategic economic development plan for the Housatonic Valley Region. The region is composed of the ten towns in the Greater Danbury area and includes the municipalities of Bethel, Bridgewater, Brookfield, Danbury, New Fairfield, New Milford, Newtown Redding, Ridgefield and Sherman.
