Provides an internet based directory for minority teacher candidates to appropriate information sources, such as Connecticut teacher certification requirements, on-line job application, state and local recruitment efforts and incentives, Connecticut college and university teacher preparation programs, available scholarship and grant awards, school districts and community information, contact persons and mentors. Provides school district personnel training resources to establish and enhance hiring practices that address the overall needs for diversity in schools.
