CHARO Community Development Corporation provides bilingual (Spanish/English) business & technical assistance to start-up and existing businesses; entrepreneurial training, workshops & seminars and loan packaging. CHARO operates the Los Angeles SBA-Women's Center in Los Angeles and the MBDC-Inland Empire in Riverside. CHARO also provides Homebuyer Education and Financial Literacy; access to home loans, refinancing, lines of credit, equity lines and loans.
