Works together to strengthen ten counties and 47 municipalities to develop and implement policies and programs that can help local governments plan and act together on issues of regional significance. Activities include analysis of regional planning initiatives, policy recommendations, coordination of resources and member collaborations, and recruiting new industry and working with existing industry to create jobs.
